What are micro sequences?
Micro sequences are short yoga and mindfulness practices that can be squeezed into 5-10 minutes or less! They are designed to be done while you go about your regular daily routine. Each micro sequence contains one mindfulness practice and three yoga poses.
How will I receive the videos?
You will receive a daily email beginning on the first day you sign up for the course. The first email will provide you will all of the information you need to access the videos online or via our app. From the second day until the end of the challenge, you will receive a daily email that will link you directly to the short video of the day. You can access it that way, or conveniently from the app.
How much time do I need to commit?
The videos themselves are between 15-20 minutes. Once you have watched the video, the micro sequences can be done in 5-10 minutes as you go through your daily chores and work.
What if I am a yoga and mindfulness beginner?
This program is suitable for beginners or advanced.
